First off how were we going to top previous years?
Well we got our heads together and decided to create something spectacular 7 spice blend that is otherwise known as Togarashi.
For those who don’t know Togarashi is a bold and aromatic Japanese spice blend that brings heat, depth, and a burst of umami to any dish. Traditionally known as Shichimi Togarashi (meaning “seven-spice blend”), it typically combines chili flakes, sesame seeds, orange peel, seaweed, ginger, and Sichuan pepper for a perfectly balanced kick. Sprinkle it over noodles, rice bowls, grilled meats, or even popcorn for a fiery, citrusy twist. So is being us took it to the next level and based our sauce around this delicious spice blend and created this delicious Teriyaki-Miso Sauce.
