Henry’s Honey & Mustard Tagliata

A Henry’s take on a classic Steak Dish. Quick and easy, and the whole family will want seconds!


  • 2 Cuts of steak of your choice
  • 1 tsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch Henry’s steak seasoning salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • cherry tomatoes, wild rocket, Cucumber, Red pepper, Red onion
  • Henry’s Honey & mustard sauce


  • Rub the steaks with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then sprinkle over the thyme and season with Henry’s steak seasoning salt and black pepper.
  • Heat a heavy-based frying pan. Add the fillet and cook for 2 minutes, on each side. Pro tip. Ensure an even searing that gives the meat a browned crust. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 3 minutes.
  • Combine the rocket salad in a large bowl. Drizzle a little honey & mustard sauce. Toss gently together, then spread the rocket salad out on a large plate.
  • Once the steaks have rested, thinly slice them and arrange on top of the salad
  • Drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the steak and add a grinding of black pepper. Optional extra with some Parmesan shavings.
