If you have any recipes which you have created using Henry’s products and you would like to share them with us, please feel free to tell us, if you have any images you would also like to share please email us with the pictures and information and we will show case your ideas.
Delivery
We dispatch purchased orders Monday – Friday (this excludes public bank holidays), once the product is sent you should be in receipt of it within 3 – 5 working days (excluding December).
We cannot determine a time for the delivery so if no one is available to receive it you may have to visit your local post office to retrieve the item, the delivery driver/person will leave a note or card stating they tried to call.
The parcel weight depends on the order i.e. one 150ml bottle once packed will weigh approximately 400g, it’s cheaper for us to use My Hermes when sending smaller parcels, they also offer up to 2kg for the same price of a 400g weight.
Returns & Refunds
We hope all our products reach you in satisfactory order and if at any time, you are dissatisfied with your purchase then please return it with 7 days of receiving it, we will offer you a full refund but minus the delivery cost, the item must be in the original packaging and must not have been opened.
We cannot be held responsible or liable for the return postage unless the product received is faulty. You must keep proof of postage as the item will remain your responsibility until it reaches our address. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any charges occurred.
Disclaimer
• You agree herein and fully understand that any products purchased via the Henry’s website or its distributors, affiliates or resellers Chilli products contain mild to extreme chilli capsicum contents and must be handled in a responsible manner.
• Once products have been purchased you agree that you use them entirely at your own risk.
• If our products are been purchased as a gift then you must make the recipient aware that they may contain high capsicum content and caution is advised.
