Fire Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Sauce is Oscar’s rich, savoury answer to Carmilla — built around sweet fire-roasted red peppers and slow-roasted garlic, without the chilli heat.

Caramelised red onion brings natural sweetness, while red wine vinegar cuts through with just enough acidity to keep the sauce bright and balanced. The result is smooth, smoky, deeply savoury and incredibly versatile.

Use it as a pasta sauce, spoon it into shakshuka, spread it over pizza, build it into a meatball sub or simply reach for it anywhere you’d normally use ketchup or a tomato-based sauce.
