- Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan, and add the pork chunks. For best results, pre-marinade the pork in a sealed bowl with the Henry’s Thai Demon Honey sauce and leave for an hour in the fridge. If cooking in a hurry, add the sauce to the pork in the pan and cook on a medium heat.
- Bring a pan of slightly salted water to the boil and cook the noodles adhering to the instructions on the pack.
- Add the broccoli, pepper strips and Mange tout to the pork, cooking for 5 minutes. Stir well to ensure even cooking.
- Drain the noodles and add to the pork, stirring well. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and the seseme seeds.
- Plate up and garnish with a sprinkle of seseme seeds and cashew nuts.

- 1 Pack Egg Noodles
- 300g Pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
- 1 Pepper of preferred colour
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp Henry’s Thai Demon Honey Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 100g Mange tout
- 100g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 50g Cashew Nuts (Optional to garnish)
