Black Dragon is a chef-developed Asian-style stir-fry sauce and a Clifton Chilli Club award winner, created to bring the balance of a great wok sauce straight into your kitchen.

Fire-roasted red peppers form the base, layered with soy sauce and aromatic ingredients for deep savoury flavour. A touch of sweetness rounds everything out, while Bird’s Eye chillies provide a clean, warming heat.

The sauce thickens beautifully as it cooks, coating the ingredients rather than disappearing into the pan. Use it with chicken, beef, pork, prawns, tofu or vegetables for a quick stir-fry, or try it with noodles, rice bowls and as a glaze.
